A few of our MPTC alumni were in action the past two weekends at the collegiate level. Val opened her sophomore outdoor season with PRs in hammer and discus.
On the Wayne State side of things, Kayleigh had a great series in hammer finishing [ 47.76 46.46 47.30 46.00], the 47.76 in round 3 was just shy of a 3ft PR and moved her up to #5 all time for hammer at Wayne State! Also, my 3 multis got their first taste of throwing javelin in competition. Those marks will come up along with T and Izzy’s (presuming we don’t have to throw in cold weather with a 30mph tail wind every week)!!

Valadian Pallett – 157’ 1” (47.88m) – 11th place hammer - PR
– 151’ 10” (46.28m) – 6th place discus - PR
– 46’ 7.25” (14.20m) – 6th place shot put
