While Jennifer and I were wrapping up the indoor season at the USATF Masters Indoor Championships in Chicago, several of our MPTC alumni were kicking off their outdoor seasons on the collegiate circuit. Highlights of the weekend were a big PR from Jake in hammer* (+1.46m) and a PR from Jordyn in hammer. Val was just off her PR in hammer (almost 4 meters better than she opened last year).
* I learned later that Jake's throw has him checking in at #10 All-Time for UofM!
Clyde Hart Classic – 23-24Mar’24:
