Results from the LAB MITS Meet: 16Dec’23

While I was down at the National Throws Coaches Association conference, Teegan and Maggie made a return trip to the LAB. This week they added discus to the mix which is tough during indoor given the practice limitations. Not surprisingly, both struggled in their first discus comp since August. That’ll come around with reps. In shot put, Teegan took first at just under 50ft and Maggie had some nice fill in marks after last week’s big PR.

Teegan Simmons – 49’ 10” (shot 1st)

– 130’ 2” (discus 6th)

Maggie Kandt – 39’ 4” (6lb shot)

– 80’ 9” (discus 17th in the high school division)
