Results from the LAB MITS Meet: 29Dec’23

Over the holidays, several of our throwers got some throws in at the LAB. Zoe had her first meet of the indoor season. Maggie had a consistent series in discus with 3 of 4 throws over 90ft. Aria moved up to the 6lb shot this year and had a nice PR with 3 throws over 13ft. Teegan is busy with basketball this winter and hasn’t been able to get many reps yet. It’s still early in the season and he’ll find his rhythm in discus and start hitting some big marks. For me, it was good to finally get out to a meet after missing the first two. Being out there and watching the throwers in person always helps with identifying areas to work on.
