Practice / Meet Updates

I hope you all had a great holidays and are ready to get after it in 2024. A couple of updates wrt practice and meets.

Practices:

I'm cancelling the evening practice on Monday Jan. 8th at EMU. I'm going to stay home and watch the National Championship game. We're still on for practice at the dome on Monday afternoon.

I need to cancel both the afternoon and evening practices on Monday the 22nd. I will be out of town that weekend and not returning in time. The online schedule has been updated to reflect these changes.

Just a reminder that there will be no practice at the dome on Monday the 15th (MLKJ holiday). There will be a practice that evening at EMU.

Meets:

Jan 6th: No meet at the LAB this weekend. There are meets at GVSU (shot/weight) and SVSU (shot only). If you are planning to attend either, let me know, If there are enough people going, I might make the road trip.

Jan. 13th: Back on at the LAB (shot & discus). I'm planning to attend this meet. Please make every effort to attend. Thanks.

Jan. 20th/21st: I will be out of town that weekend. There a couple of local meets on the schedule. Shot only at the LAB on Saturday. Shot & weight at UofM on Sunday.
